Definitive Sockets
After securing an intimate fit with the test socket, clinicians will provide patients with a definitive thermoplastic or laminated socket. Thermoplastic sockets can be heated and reshaped to adjust the fit if necessary. Laminated sockets can be personalized with fabric or pigmented to match skin tones. For personalized laminations, send in fabric when placing the order. We’ll include in the lamination at no extra charge.
